Plants built for what comes off the line.
Cold storage and distribution centers, advanced manufacturing plants, heavy-haul sites, rail spurs and site utilities, built while the production equipment is still being designed and handed over ready to run.
What owners need from us.
The process drives the building
Tool layouts, cleanroom classes and power loads often keep changing after the slab is poured. The building has to be ready for equipment that is still on the drawing board.
Ground has to carry the load
Presses, cranes, trucks and railcars put heavy, repeated loads on the site. Subgrade, foundations and pavement have to be designed and built for them.
Start of production is fixed
Owners plan launches and hiring around the first unit off the line. Sitework, shell, utilities and fit-out run in parallel to meet that date.
What we build.

- 01
Advanced manufacturing plants
Assembly halls, cleanroom suites, process utilities and the electrical service that feeds them.
- 02
Plant networks and controls
Industrial networks, structured cabling, security and the data rooms that connect the production line.
- 03
Site utilities and heavy paving
Water, sewer, storm drainage, power duct banks, truck courts and haul roads over stabilized subgrade.
- 04
Cold storage and distribution
Freezer and cooler warehouses with insulated envelopes, heated slabs, refrigeration, automated racking and high-count dock doors.
How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
Site, building and process utilities under one contract while the production line is still being designed.
Our own crews for mass grading, utilities, rail and heavy paving.
Cleanroom, process utility, plant network and controls commissioning before tools move in.
Switchgear, transformers and cleanroom components ordered early and tracked to site.

Sealed, racked and pulled down on schedule.
The Cold Storage Distribution Center was delivered design-build. A heated slab, insulated panels and sealed penetrations kept the envelope tight, and the freezer was pulled down to minus ten degrees in planned steps so the floor and panels never cracked. Our team built the warehouse network, racking controls, dock and door systems and cameras with the shell, so the automated high-bay racking and all 80 dock doors were tested before the first load arrived.

Questions owners ask us.
Can you start building before the production equipment is final?
Yes. We design the structure, power and utilities with room to adjust, then lock each tool drop as the equipment design settles, so the building never waits on the line.
How do you design pavement for heavy truck traffic?
We start with geotechnical data and expected loads, then size subgrade stabilization, base and pavement to carry repeated heavy axles.
Do you build the buildings as well as the site?
We do. Our crews cast and lift tilt-up walls while sitework continues, so the shell and the site finish together.
