Leadership · Builders leading builders

Leaders who have run the work.

Under Chief Executive Officer Adebayo Salami, Tum Harry is led by people who came up through the field. They know what a pour day feels like, and they lead from the job site as much as from the office.

See how we are organized Our values
Our approach

How leadership works here.

Three principles shape how decisions get made, from the executive team to the foreman on the deck.

01

Builders leading builders

Our leaders have estimated jobs, run crews and closed out projects. They ask the right questions because they have had to answer them.

02

Field first

Decisions get made close to the work. Leaders walk sites, join the owner meetings and back the superintendent who calls a stop.

03

Accountable by name

Every project, risk and open issue has one owner. When something goes wrong, the answer to who is responsible is never a committee.

How we are organized

The leadership structure.

Company leaders set the standards. Sector operations leaders deliver the work. Project executives own each job.

Project Executives

Senior builders who own each project day to day and stay with it from preconstruction to the final punch list.

One per project
How decisions get made

Close to the work, fast and on record.

  1. L1

    The superintendent decides the day

Sequencing, crew moves and safety calls belong to the people on site. Leaders back those calls instead of second-guessing them.

  2. L2

The project executive decides the job

Budget, schedule recovery and owner commitments sit with one senior builder who knows the project from preconstruction on.

  3. L3

    Sector leaders decide the portfolio

Staffing, equipment and risk across many jobs are balanced by operations leaders who still visit those jobs every week.

  4. L4

The executive team decides the company

Which work we pursue, which capabilities we add and which standards never bend. Decisions are written down and explained.

Growing the next leaders

Tomorrow’s leaders are on site today.

Most of our future leaders are already here, running a pour, chasing submittals or walking a punch list. We move people across sectors and delivery models on purpose, pair them with senior builders and give them real responsibility early. Leadership is learned on the job, the same way the trade is.
