Rooms where every detail shows.
Museums, science centers, planetariums, theaters and concert halls, built by teams who treat climate control, acoustics, lighting and finish quality as the main event.
What owners need from us.
Collections set the rules
Art needs steady temperature, humidity and security. Galleries and vaults have to hold their climate for weeks before a single work is hung.
Acoustics are unforgiving
A single unsealed penetration or a rattling duct can be heard from the balcony. Isolation has to be built and inspected with care.
Opening day is announced
Exhibitions and seasons are booked before the building is finished. Testing, tuning and art moves have to fit before the doors open.
What we build.

- 01
Museums and galleries
Climate-controlled galleries, vaults, art handling, gallery lighting and security systems.
- 02
Concert halls
Box-in-box structures, tuned finishes and quiet mechanical systems.
- 03
Theaters and stages
Fly towers, orchestra pits, rigging, show AV and backstage support spaces.
- 04
Science centers and planetariums
Hands-on exhibit halls, dome theaters and projection systems installed to tight tolerances.
How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
CM at-risk with acoustic and theater consultants at the table from preconstruction.
Rigging steel, isolation joints and ductwork coordinated in 3D to protect quiet rooms.
Low-velocity air and noise criteria tested before the room is tuned.
Our own crews on the concrete and isolation details acoustics depend on.

A dome built to the millimeter.
The Science Center & Planetarium was delivered under CM at-risk, with hands-on exhibit halls, a glass-walled maker lab and a 300-seat dome theater. The dome screen was surveyed and set to the tolerances the projection system demanded, ductwork was isolated so the theater stays quiet during a show, and our team built the show AV, exhibit networks and lighting control with the building, so the projectors were aligned and tested well before the first audience sat down.

Questions owners ask us.
How do you protect acoustic performance during construction?
We train crews on isolation details, inspect every penetration in the acoustic shell and test background noise before finishes are complete.
Can you coordinate theatrical rigging and stage equipment?
Yes. Rigging, lifts and lighting positions are modeled with the structure so loads and clearances are resolved before steel is fabricated.
Do you work on museums with collections on site?
We do. We control dust, vibration and temperature near collections and coordinate art moves with curators and conservators.

Planning a cultural & performing arts project?
Share the project, the site and the date that matters. A senior builder will come back to you within one business day.
