Built for opening night.
Stadiums, aquatics centers, indoor venues and training facilities, scheduled backwards from a date that has already been sold.
What owners need from us.
The date is non-negotiable
Schedules, tickets and broadcasts are set before construction starts. There is no option to open late.
Long spans, heavy picks
Canopies, roof trusses, video boards and seating bowls involve some of the biggest lifts in building construction.
Event day is the real test
Ticketing, Wi-Fi, broadcast, concessions and crowd flow all have to work with tens of thousands of people inside, on the same night.

How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
One team for design and construction, with one schedule built backwards from the first event.
Our own crews on the seating bowl concrete and structural steel.
Seats, scoreboards and roof steel tracked from the factory to the crane.
Test events and operator training before the doors open to the public.

A pool built for championship meets.
The Collegiate Aquatics Center was delivered design-build, with a 50-meter competition pool, a diving well and seating for 1,800. The pool shell was surveyed to competition tolerances, dehumidification and water treatment were tuned so the air stays clear and the deck stays dry, and our team built the timing, scoreboard, broadcast cabling and venue network with the building. Every system was proven at a test meet before the first championship was hosted.

Questions owners ask us.
How do you protect a fixed opening date?
The schedule is built backwards from the first event, with buffers on the critical path and early purchase of canopy steel, seating and video boards.
How do you handle long-span roof and canopy erection?
We engineer the erection sequence, temporary shoring and crane picks in advance and rehearse major lifts before they happen.
Can you renovate a venue between seasons?
Yes. Off-season work is planned in tight windows, and anything that might run long is phased so the venue can still host events.

Planning a sports & entertainment project?
