The life sciences lab and office building was delivered under one general contract before a single tenant had signed. Heavy floor loads and vibration-controlled bays went into the structure, and the shaft plan left room for any tenant’s exhaust, process piping and power. Our team built the structured cabling, networks, access control and building controls with the shell, so each floor turned over ready for lab fit-out instead of waiting on a second contractor.

Can you start tenant work before the core and shell is finished?
Yes. We sequence base building and fit-out so floors turn over to tenant crews as soon as they are dried in and conditioned.
Do you install AV, cabling and security systems yourselves?
Yes. Our team builds and commissions AV, structured cabling, networks and access control alongside the structure, so there is no hand-off to a separate vendor after the ceilings close.
Do you renovate floors in occupied office buildings?
We do. Noisy work runs after hours, elevators are reserved for deliveries on a schedule, and tenants get notice before every shutdown.
